Summary of Experiences
1. Review your unit 3 personal assessment of your psychological, physical, and spiritual well-being. Reflect on these areas . How did you score yourself on a scale from 1 to 10 in unit 3? How do you score yourself now? Has the score changed? Why or why not? In Unit 3, I scored myself a 8 in psychological, a 7 in spiritual and a 4 in physical. Right now, seven weeks later, I score myself a 7 in psychological, a 9 in spiritual and a 4 in physical. The score has changed slightly. Physically, my score is the same. Although I've realized what needs to change, I've had no time to work on things. Psychologically, I gave myself a 7. I would say they really are probably about the same as I feel the same. Spiritually, I did increase to a 9. I made the change because I am actively working with clients and I feel like I have developed further in the spiritual area.
2. Review the goals and activities you set for yourself in each area. Have you made progress toward the goals? Explain. Spiritually, I did make progress as I started taking on clients and doing personal and intuitive coaching with them. Psychologically, I would say I declined just slightly. From week three to week 10, I grew more antsy at my job and impatient. I started letting small and insignificant things impact my emotional state. So, instead of saying in a more blissful state, I waivered more. Physically, I stayed the same. I've had very, very little time to incorporate changes.
3. Have you implemented the activities you chose for your well-being in each of the three areas? Explain. I did implement activities in the spiritual development area and that was being able to take on clients and work with them. Physically, I did not make any changes yet, and psychologically, since this is my last week at work, I will be able to find my bliss again and live in a healthy environment.
4. Summarize your personal experience throughout this course. Have you developed improved well-being? What has been rewarding? What has been difficult? How will this experience improve your ability to assist others? My personal experience with this class has been a great one. I feel like I've definitely done some developing over the class period and even in the areas that I haven't changed, I've developed an awareness to the areas that I do need to change. What has been most rewarding to me is realizing that I can change what is not working in my life. As we raise our awareness level in life through psychological and spiritual development, our physical life and atmosphere develops and changes. For me, that is a job that I've been at the past year and a half, and will also be eliminating a relationship pretty soon. It's sometimes painful to do these things, but necessary as well. This experience will improve my ability to assist others because I have more foundational knowledge than I had when I started. I've learned a lot about being a healer that I didn't know and I feel like through gaining this information, it will help me to live a more authentic life. The glory to that is by me living a more authentic life, I can guide my clients to do the same.
Blessings and Love,
Heidi
